Grand Caribe Suites & Residences is being developed by 4786 Limited. 4786 Limited is a Belizean company duly formed in 2006 especially and solely for the purpose of developing the 74 unit condominium project and amenities.  The Directors who have invested their own funds into the project own all the shares in the company. The company's head office is in San Pedro Ambergris Caye on the site of the project.
 
The developers consist of two well known business groups in Belize:

The Benny's group
The Benny's group brings decades of hardware and construction material knowledge to the project. As well as the successful completion of a condominium project (Miramar San Pedro Belize) in 2006, which was sold out within two weeks. The Benny's group owns the largest wholesale and retail hardware company in Belize.

Banana Beach group
The Banana Beach group brings 14 years of tourism knowledge, hotel management and development to the project, as this group has been in Belize on Ambergris Caye and has developed, managed, and sold hotels with great success.
