• Daily Maid Service, Laundry Service, Internet Access, 24 Hour Security and Transfers to & from the San Pedro Airstrip are all included free of additional charges.
• Rates are based on the following: One bedroom - 2 persons, Two bedroom - 4 persons, Three bedroom - 6 persons. Additional persons are $25 per night per person. No additional charge for Children ages 12 and under.

 
Notes:

• Seven night minimum packages may only be available during Holiday dates. Email for availability of less than seven nights.
• 30 night packages are available for longer-term stays. Please Email for more details.
• 9% hotel tax is additional. Rates are quoted in US dollars.
• Check-in time: 3:00 PM. Check-out time: 1:00 PM.
• No Pets Allowed.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:  

• Call or Email to confirm reservations. We will email a credit card authorization form. Fill out this form and fax or Email it back to confirm reservations.
• One night deposit is charged at the time of booking.
• Remaining balance is due seven days prior to arrival.
• Initial one night deposit is non refundable.
• There are no refunds for cancellations of seven days or less.
• There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
